Cabochon Sapphire & Sapphire Halo Ring. This ring centers on a beautiful 1.40 carat oval shaped cabochon sapphire. Surrounding the center is a halo of midnight blue round brilliant cut sapphires measuring 0.42 carats in total weight. The ring is crafted in 14 karat yellow gold and is extremely comfortable to wear. This ring is a finger size 7, yet can be adjusted in size. Â
