Shipping fees are non-refundable and no credit will be issued. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with, lost, or stolen during shipment, you must report this to us within one (1) day of receiving your order. Tampered with packages must include photographs and/or video of the damaged unopened package. If a damaged or tampered with package is presented by the carrier, please VIDEO the opening of the package IN FRONT OF the DELIVERY COMPANY AT RECEIPT.
