Though we cannot guarantee selling time for your jewels, certain well-priced pieces have sold within minutes!  

THINGS OF NOTE:

1. If you have a timeline for selling your jewelry that is less than 12 months, consignment is probably not the right choice for you. If this is the case, we will offer you other options, such as outright purchase, or brokering should the piece not be for us.
2. We DO NOT accept all jewels, diamonds, and colored stones for consignment. We will determine if your item is eligible for consignment or not.

CONSIGNMENT FEE SCHEDULE

Items costing up to $10,000
$550 or 20% of sale price, whichever is greater

Items costing $10,001 to $20,000
Flat fee of 17% of the sale price

Items costing $20,001 & up
Flat fee of 14.5% of the sale price

• Fees stated above are inclusive of credit card and bank fees.
•  Our minimum consignment fee is $550 so not all items make sense to consign, we will advise accordingly​
• You may choose to cancel the agreement at ANY time. The minimum consignment fee of $550 will be due, as well as return shipping costs.
• Sale proceeds are remitted  to you after 90 to 180 days or sooner.  This time frame depends on payment method, return period, buyer etc.

Shipping of Approved Items:
All items being shipped for consignment must be preapproved and proper paperwork must be provided.  If your shipment has been approved, you may ship your goods to us using any method of shipping you wish.  Should you prefer us to provide you with a shipping label or shipping accommodations we are happy to help and this service can be requested for an additional cost.  We will quote you for this service prior to creating a label for you. We will provide you with recommended shipping guidelines to help you securely pack and ship your item(s) to us. 

Offers:
Any and all offers on your items will be conveyed to you. In cases where a full price offer is tendered, we will accept the offer on your behalf.

Process:
Upon receipt of your item, it will be logged into our system on camera, inspected, cleaned (unless requested not to), appraised, photographed, and processed for production.   Prep time for production is between 4 to 8 weeks prior to showing your items.

End of Term
If we are not able to sell your item after 18 months, you may choose to cancel the agreement by simply paying the end-of-term fee of $300/item. Return shipping costs will be added and an invoice will be sent prior to returning your items.  You are able to cancel and receive back your items at any time!  For an early cancelation, the minimum consignment fee of $550 will be due, as well as return shipping costs.

Should you be interested in selling your items faster, or the terms of consignment do not make sense for your item(s), we are always interested in accepting items in trade, or purchasing your valuables outright.  This process is quick and most are paid within 48 hours (95% are paid within 8 hours of receipt; delays occur only for volume of packages).
