One of our expert appraisers will provide you with a full written appraisal of your submitted piece. The appraisal will contain a detailed description of the piece that will include some or all of the following characteristics: metal and purity, weight, stone identification and measurement, stone grades, style of the piece, identification of any unique markings, size, value, and photo if purchased separately. Such an appraisal will serve as your written assurance of the quality of the jewelry. It will also help your insurer set the proper premiums. The documents will be mailed or emailed to the customer.
