The Bern:Â Antique Filigree Brooch Conversion Pendant Set with Simulated Sapphire. The pendant is crafted in white gold and set with a marquise brilliant cut simulated sapphire in the center. Surrounding the center sapphire is a very fine filigree pattern throughout which continues even on the sides of the brooch. Close the pin stem and slip a chain behind to create a 2 inch drop pendant the measures over 1/2 inch wide! This is an amazing original antique filigree pendant!
