Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. We currently only ship domestically to addresses within the United States.

We offer free complimentary shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase requirement. All orders are shipped with the reliability and accountability of FedEx, UPS, DHL, Malca Amit, or USPS shipping.
All orders are insured and shipped free via secure carrier, delivery speed is based on the pre-tax value of your order.

- We will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address; We will ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
- If available, we provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method. Next-day delivery: $90.00- $150.00 signature confirmation required. This will be determined at time of checkout.
Signature Requirements
Due to COVID-19, carrier policies are changing. FedEx, USPS, UPS, and other carriers we use may not require a signature upon delivery. For more information, please see the policies for Fedex and USPS.

When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
For orders shipping to the U.S., please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. Some orders such as custom or repair orders may take longer to ship. This date will be determined at time of purchase/payment. This arrival date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.
- If you place your order before 8:00 PM EST on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
- If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after 8:00 PM EST on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
International Shipping
Is at our sole discretion if we wish to complete an order by shipping outside of the United States. Should we elect to complete an out of country transaction; all liability for the delivery of the package falls on the customer.
Packaging of Jewelry
Each item will arrive in a soft fabric pouch or a box. To prevent damage, we make sure to cushion each item with protective and waterproof padding.
Packaging of Set Rings
Every item we send comes in our signature packaging. Engagement rings arrive in a deluxe ring box within an elegant presentation box ready for your proposal. We will also secure your appraisal certificate and GIA diamond grading report.
Return Policy
We gladly accept returns on most finished pieces of jewelry in our shop. We do not accept returns on custom jewelry, loose diamonds or gemstones, altered pieces, special order items, or layaway purchases. Items that are repaired or re-sized for the customer are considered altered and are non-returnable. These sales are final. To return an eligible item to us: contact us within 3 days of delivery. Item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping insurance. Buyer should use new packaging materials when sending the item back to us. The buyer should not reuse the packaging we sent the item in originally. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, which will be deducted from your refund. Buyer will be held responsible for any damage to the item during return shipment and is not the fault or the responsibility of the seller in any way. We have the right to refuse delivery if a returned package is damaged or appears to be opened in any way.
*When purchasing a vintage or antique piece of jewelry, buyers are accepting the piece in "as is" condition unless repair work has been discussed and completed before shipment. While unfortunate, any damage to a piece once in the possession of the buyer is not the responsibility of the shop owner or staff. All of our pieces are inspected before being shipped and we guarantee the quality of each piece before it leaves our office. Refunds will not be given on damaged items once in the possession of the buyer following the return window.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. Items received for exchange or credit are subject to a 20% non-refundable restocking fee.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 215-479-5913. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
