Ole Bent Petersen
Ole Bent Petersen was a Danish silversmith and jewelry designer who was active during the mid-20th century. He was known for his modernist designs and his innovative use of materials, particularly stainless steel. Petersen trained at the School of Arts and Crafts in Copenhagen and later worked in the studio of Georg Jensen. In 1952, he established his own workshop in Copenhagen and began producing his own designs, which were characterized by their clean lines, geometric shapes, and use of industrial materials. Petersen's work is highly regarded by collectors and is included in the collections of major museums around the world.
