NOMOS Glashutte
Roland Schwertner registered NOMOS Glashütte/SA in 1990 and just two years later the first collection of NOMOS watches came out. The watches sold well and Roland expanded the business. the company first started by using swiss ETA SA movements then slowly expanded to produce in house movements which they started doing in 2015 after releasing their own in house escapement a year prior. Since 2017, a further manufacturing facility can be found in the Schlottwitz district where they are able to manufacture over 15,000 pieces. The company continues to develop and expand production.
