Marina B
Marina Bulgari was born in 1930 and grew up between Rome, Athens and Corfu traveling with her family, the Bulgari family. She began her career working for the family business which she inherited after her fathers death along with her bothers, sister and cousins. She ran the business for several years with her family before deciding to start her own business. The family prevented her from using the family name and she named her company Crisart. Later she changed the name Marina B and opened her first showroom in Geneva. Marina moved to Monaco in 1993 until her retirement. In 1999 she sold the company, all stock and archives, to the Saudi Arabian Sheik of Jeddah, Ahmed Fitaihi.
