La Triomphe
‘La Triomphe’ was the name given to certain jewelry created by Astoria Jewelry Manufacturing Company of Long Island, New York.
The first recorded use of the name (which was trademarked) with logo of Paris’s Arc de Triomphe, was in late June 1965. From 1965 to around 1985 they created jewelry using brightly colored gems which sold throughout the states and had an impact on the style of jewels sold on the east coast of the United States.
