Flowen is a fine jewelry brand founded in 2019 by designer Cindy Chao. Cindy Chao was born in Taiwan and grew up surrounded by art and nature, which inspired her creative passions from a young age. She went on to study at the National Taiwan Craft Research and Development Institute before moving to the United States to study at the Gemological Institute of America.
After completing her studies, Chao launched her own eponymous brand, Cindy Chao The Art Jewel, which quickly gained recognition for its artistic and innovative designs. In 2019, Chao launched Flowen as a more accessible line, featuring pieces that are still crafted with the same attention to detail and quality as her high-end Cindy Chao The Art Jewel pieces.
