Elsa Chan
Elsa Chan is a fine jewelry designer based in New York City. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and studied jewelry design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. After graduating, she honed her skills at a number of prestigious jewelry houses, including Harry Winston, David Yurman, and Kwiat.
