The Polperro: Yellow Gold Baby Shoe Ring with Dangling Shoes. The ring features two shoes that dangle from the shank and are set with a natural blue sapphire and color change sapphire (imitation alexandrite). Note: we will swap gemstones for your Child's birthstone at no additional charge! The baby shoes move freely above an intricate filigree and diamond cut shank below. The ring is crafted in 14 karat yellow gold and is currently a finger size 4 yet can be adjusted to any finger size for an additional charge on request.


We will swap the gemstones for your children's birthstones on request for no additional charge (if purchased at full price). This service does take time and if a stone swap is requested, the ring will not ship the same day as purchased.
