Vintage Albino Manca Cuff links reportedly made for President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Handmade in 14 karat white gold Hand Wrought from the Arts and Crafts period.
Albino was the world famous designer from 1898-1976 who created the enormous polished black eagle sculpture that exists today in Battery Park NYC. Extremely famous for his sculpting work he was featured in the worlds fair in 1939 and known for making sculptures for president Franklin D. Roosevelt. It was told that these cufflinks were made for Roosevelt as well and came from a prominent family with close ties to FDR though no documentation has been located yet. His works exist in museums and in other places like children’s queens zoo and now his own museum in Italy.
