Chiaravalli
Chiaravalli was founded in 1915 by Costante Chiaravalli in Milan, Italy. Constante opened his first laboratory in Milan after apprenticing at Confalonieri jewelry, who at the time, was a supplier of the Royal Family. So when Constante opened his shop he was familiar with the hugh society of Milan. Constante began by crafting pieces for the church such as chalices and armaments. These pieces began to be exported and by the time the war ended Chiaravelli had to move to a larger location on the ground floor in the historic center of Milan (its current location). Here Enrico, Carlo, Eugenio and Umberto Chiaravalli, sons of Costante, continued the family business. They dramatically increased sales in multiple categories including loose precious stones, ancient and modern jewelry, silverware, and Russian jewelry. The third generation took of the the business with Enrico, Andrea and Brenda Chiaravalli which run the store in Milan, while Marco Chiaravalli runs his company that deals with antique jewelry and precious stones in New York.
